• We deliver laundry anytime from 8AM until 6PM.
• In case you are unable to claim/receive your laundry from our Delivery Agent, please send us the complete NAME of your Authorized Representative (as it appears on his/her ID Card) through MESSENGER. 
• Our Delivery Agent will release your laundry to only after he/she was able to personally take a picture of the ID Card of your Authorized Representative (together with your laundry being delivered) as a proof of delivery.
• Any special request regarding the delivery time must be communicated ahead through MESSENGER and will be subject to the availability of our Delivery Agent.
• For failed delivery (such in case when you, or your Authorized Representative, was unavailable to claim/receive your laundry during our delivery), we will try to re-deliver your laundry the following day, depending on the availability of our Delivery Agent.
• After two (2) failed deliveries (first and second delivery), we will no longer deliver again your laundry and any payment associated with the delivery cost will be forfeited in favor of Dropshot Laundry. 
• You can claim your laundry at our shop within seven (7) calendar days during free storage fee. Unclaimed Laundry after 7 days is already subject to storage fee.
• We deliver back laundry to the pick-up location only. We don’t deliver laundry to any address other than where our Delivery Agent picked up your laundry.

• Please do not include valuable and/or branded clothing in your laundry when availing this service. 
• In advance, we disclaim any responsibility and/or accountability for valuable and/or branded clothing that was/were sent to our shop, or erroneously accepted by our shop personnel, under this service. 
• Maximum of 8 kilos per load only. 
• If your laundry is more than 8 kilos then you need to avail another load.
