• Delivery Hours: We deliver laundry between 8 AM and 6 PM.
• Authorization: If you can't be there to receive your laundry, please send us the complete name of your authorized representative via Messenger. For security, our delivery agent will take a picture of their ID as proof of delivery.
• Special Requests: For a specific delivery time, please message us in advance. Requests are subject to the availability of our delivery agent.
• Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails, we will attempt to re-deliver the next day. After two failed attempts, we will stop re-delivery, and the delivery fee will be forfeited.
• Store Pickup: You can pick up your laundry at our shop after a failed delivery. We offer seven days of free storage, after which a storage fee will be applied.
• Delivery  Address: We can only deliver to the original pickup location. We do not deliver to any other address.

• For your protection, please do not include any valuable or branded clothing in your laundry. We are not responsible for any such items that may be sent to our shop.
• Each load has a maximum weight of 8 kilos. If your laundry exceeds this limit, a second load will be required.
